Samsung Galaxy A5 Charging Issue: Intermittent Connection, Cable Tilting, Stuck at 20%

Hi, I have a problem with the phone, the point is that after connecting the charger, the phone is not charging, or interrupts every now and then.
The display on the battery icon shows this lightning such that the connected charger disappears and appears, disappears in a moment.
And if it gently tilts the cable to one side, it seems to charge, but the percentages do not increase, only like 20% it can be connected and be in one place for 15 minutes, 20%, and all the time it is connected and charging.

Do you have an idea how to solve it?

Check on another charger. As will be the same symptom, the USB socket on the phone is damaged and the service remains.
