    Hello,
I have a little poor internet coverage with play, I get H+ sometimes 4g but there is very poor coverage and the internet often doesn't work. I am asking for advice on what to buy because the internet is full of pseudo amplifiers ...
I was thinking about something like this from Allegro: 6557166740

    Hello
No. Trading of such devices is legal. Unfortunately, the assembly can only be done by a licensed mobile network operator. If you do it yourself, you run the risk of legal consequences: https://www.uke.gov.pl/szkodliwe-wzmacniacze-gsm-13028. Legally only a passive repeater.

Rather, the operator himself will not want to install such devices.
Expand something about the passive repeater what is it and where to buy it? Will it help?

    Hello
A passive repeater is a yaga antenna on the roof and an omni-directional antenna in the room where we want to improve the range. Antennas must be fastened with a good quality cable and a suitable length. Theoretically, such a miracle should work. I hardly know whether someone managed to get a satisfactory result. A colleague of the LTE modem with an external antenna and wi-fi router connected to it did not think.

The point is that you need to have a better coverage on the phone because I have 100GB in the subscription and the phone does the access punk.
I had such a common antenna 10 years ago and from it came the cable which was on the latch to the phone case and it worked great but the phone was doing stationary ....

I have a router in the room, maybe I will consider buying the card only for the internet, but will I find an antenna that will improve the range?

    Hello
Unfortunately not. Modem on the built-in antenna. If you have the option, move the modem as high as attic. As for the modems, it must have an antenna input.

    Hello,

I would like to dig out a bit because I have a similar problem. Generally, the range is, but miserable. The house has rather thick walls and terribly tears words during conversation, as if entering a tunnel. For this I also wanted to have internet via my mobile. It often catches LTE, but it must be near the window inside the apartment, it drops to H, or worse. Do you have any suggestions on how to strengthen the signal? Maybe some router with an antenna? Maybe something, that there would be a phone and internet from one point? Generally, there are so many technical proposals that I'm a bit stupid.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around improving mobile internet coverage for the Play network, with users seeking recommendations for GSM LTE amplifiers. Concerns are raised about the legality of using certain amplifiers, with advice suggesting that only passive repeaters are permissible. A passive repeater setup involves a Yagi antenna on the roof and an omni-directional antenna indoors, connected by high-quality cable. Users express the need for better signal strength, especially in homes with thick walls, and inquire about routers with antenna capabilities to enhance both phone and internet connectivity. Suggestions include relocating modems to higher positions for better reception and ensuring that modems have antenna inputs for external antennas.
