In order not to delay, I will write briefly, is it possible that the pump in the new boiler lasted less than two heating seasons, as in the topic? First, it started to work louder and louder, so I called a repairman who only unscrewed the vent in the middle of the engine body and turned it off, then said that the pump was to be replaced. Unfortunately, after his visit, the pump began to leak at the connection between the body and the engine, and more and more every day. I unscrewed the engine from the housing to locate the leak, and so there is a gasket between the pump housing and the housing (body) of the engine, the oil seal (as it is called) is flat. After visual inspection, I excluded this place of leakage, so where is this water from? As it turned out? After removing the rotor, there is another gasket on the cone of its housing,

which is designed to keep the water from the impeller side towards the engine, but it does, which results in the fact that water enters the motor housing and flows out through a gap

I know that I probably won't get the seal from photo 1. I also know that the bearings must have collapsed, if there were any at all, because the rotor beats mercilessly both sideways and up and down, but what can you do with it, if you can at all? Yes, you can buy a new pump, you can also buy the body itself with the motor, e.g. service like this one, Link ale jaką mogę mieć gwarancję, że po niespełna dwóch latach nie będzie tak samo? Czy to norma czasowa dla tych pomp czy to była być może tylko jakaś wada fabryczna akurat tej pompy? Nie rozumiem też, dlaczego taka pompa
costs less than PLN 89 and the gas boiler engine itself costs PLN 320? Maybe someone will say the company ..., but what is this "Wilo" company, whose pump fails after less than two years? If there was a specific reason, but in my opinion there was no one, there was no limescale or anything in the pump that could lead to it.
