In order not to delay, I will write briefly, is it possible that the pump in the new boiler lasted less than two heating seasons, as in the topic? First, it started to work louder and louder, so I called a repairman who only unscrewed the vent in the middle of the engine body and turned it off, then said that the pump was to be replaced. Unfortunately, after his visit, the pump began to leak at the connection between the body and the engine, and more and more every day. I unscrewed the engine from the housing to locate the leak, and so there is a gasket between the pump housing and the housing (body) of the engine, the oil seal (as it is called) is flat. After visual inspection, I excluded this place of leakage, so where is this water from? As it turned out? After removing the rotor, there is another gasket on the cone of its housing,

which is designed to keep the water from the impeller side towards the engine, but it does, which results in the fact that water enters the motor housing and flows out through a gap

I know that I probably won't get the seal from photo 1. I also know that the bearings must have collapsed, if there were any at all, because the rotor beats mercilessly both sideways and up and down, but what can you do with it, if you can at all? Yes, you can buy a new pump, you can also buy the body itself with the motor, e.g. service like this one, Link ale jaką mogę mieć gwarancję, że po niespełna dwóch latach nie będzie tak samo? Czy to norma czasowa dla tych pomp czy to była być może tylko jakaś wada fabryczna akurat tej pompy? Nie rozumiem też, dlaczego taka pompa Saunier Duval Semia F 21 Boiler Pump: Short Lifespan, Increased Noise, Leakage & Gasket Issues costs less than PLN 89 and the gas boiler engine itself costs PLN 320? Maybe someone will say the company ..., but what is this "Wilo" company, whose pump fails after less than two years? If there was a specific reason, but in my opinion there was no one, there was no limescale or anything in the pump that could lead to it. :-?

Where can you buy a WILO engine for PLN 320?
WILO pumps in boilers are a massacre, I mention a lot of them in Vaillant boilers.

A service motor for a Wilo pump for PLN 320 can be purchased, for example, here Link
And by the way, I will ask, because I understand that you are a service technician, what is the most common thing in these pumps? And one more question, are the pumps of other manufacturers made more solid in some other way?

head (stator, rotor, ring with wings) from pump omis 25-40 / 180 from castorama PLN 130 fits does not require rework and does not leak, only:

The rotor rotation is the other way, i.e. the outflow from the body is not very optimal but the hot water is heating works, of course, I set it to the 3rd gear.

You have to take the screws from the original, you don't even need to drill holes because they are just 6mm. replacement is unscrewing 4 screws, translating the cable and driving.

Maybe this is not an ideal, but a temporary fix, ok, you can now wonder whether to remodel the stove / buy a pump or throw away this scrap and look for something that has cheaper spare parts.

As always, the makeshift stays for a long time.
    continues on 9.2018
1.2020 the pump broke the bearings flew I changed it to RH 25-40 with Allegro for PLN 76 there is only a problem because in this head the whole element with the gasket sticks out too little from the body and you have to push it out and put something under it (I gave a 2mm rubber wheel) otherwise I won't seal on the front seal when tightening.

Hello, does anyone know where I will get such an impeller (the plastic one) for the wilo pump?

do you know how to pull it off the shaft without breaking it? I have worn the metal cover, the rotor looks ok. I came to the conclusion that I have no chance to remove the plastic so I didn't even try it. I can search and send (whole rotor) for shipping. For me, for almost two years it works on the Castorama pump for PLN 130 ;) .

In general, I have a new pump already installed, but I wanted to repair it, and only the spike was drowned like this Saunier Duval Semia F 21 Boiler Pump: Short Lifespan, Increased Noise, Leakage & Gasket Issues and tact, the pump is good, I did not decide on ibo etc. I started lfp.
I will send that I will remove the sleeve with a Siakims puller and I do not know the new one, somehow I will put it on.
Look for it and let me know.
    Thank you for your interest.

How much did the new pump cost you because when I was looking for, they wanted PLN 800 half the price of my furnace, I would replace the whole furnace faster than I paid PLN 800 for the pump ;)

I will give back at the shipping costs, but in return you will send photos from the exchange on the forum even if it fails ;) .

The new lfp pump cost PLN 280 and I think that the quinol could do it well, but it is ok and it works.
I can send photos from the attempt to replace the ring.
