Eurotec is unfortunately the lowest shelf.
If it is supposed to be for one time only, then buy anything the cheapest with a guarantee and use it so that it could break before the end of the guarantee :)

And the Kraft & dele cutter only 600W? I may also have 60x60 tiles to cut, so I don't know if it'll work :D

I have a cutter from this price segment - some Dedra 450W bought for one job and for now I do not want to break. I have it a few years and I already have a second shield. I think he is even suitable for an amateur. The power does not knock you down, you need to adjust the cutting speed to the power of the device, but it can handle even gros. I cut maximum 45x45 inserts, with larger ones there may be a problem due to the small size of the base, the cutter table. As for the disadvantages, I will mention discs with a tendency to beat. You have to get a little tired to set it up correctly. But it's difficult, quality adequate for the price.

So it is more profitable this Kraft & dele 600W than that of Eurotec :D I think it's enough for a few renovations :D Thank you for the hints :D If you still have one checked up to PLN 200, I am asking for names :D

Hello. I have just bought a cutter from this company ECSM15, power 1500W, 2800 rpm. I have not cut the plates yet, but I have a wood blade on and there were cut slats from a 32mm board, 1.5m long. Cutting speed satisfactory, but with a power of 1500W it is probably a bit exaggeration. The tiles will be just cut, but I think it should be able to do it too. It is quite quiet. The price is 200 PLN and a sufficient tool for my needs.

So I think this Kraft & dele won :D I think that at home it will work just in time, and even the table is quite large, large tiles should go smoothly :D

    Connecting to the topic.
I want to buy a tile cutter with the option of cutting wood.

I can choose such a 1500W machine for PLN 220
    http://allegro.pl/przecinarka-stolowa-do-glazury-drewna-plytek-sm201-i6817928607.html

Or, for example, the one for PLN 148 on the spot in Castorama, only that it has 450W and the revs / min are the same.
    https://www.castorama.pl/produkty/narzedzia-i...przecinarka-do-glazury-opp-450-w.html#product
At Allegro, the same machine currently costs PLN 177

Can someone advise me in choosing and explain the principle of operation?

Ie. 1500W vs 450W and revolutions per minute similar to each other.

    Regards

    Hello.
This power cutter from Castorama, in my opinion, has real power, while you need to divide this power from allegro by three, because this power cutter does not have more than 500W, and manufacturers, distributors and sellers cheat unaware buyers. Both are the same price segment. After changing the shield maybe some wood will cut, but rather some slats.
    Regards.

I have such a cutter from Eurotec 500W, it is probably 10 years old. She cut a lot of tiles, paving stones, and even more boards for strips. The rule is to buy good cutting discs, because with this power, anything will not cut. I only replaced the switch, because the latter leaked, got dust and stopped working.

Topic summary

The discussion centers around the Eurotec SM 201 tile cutter, specifically its 1500W model, and its suitability for home use during kitchen renovations. Opinions vary, with some users expressing skepticism about Eurotec's quality, suggesting it is a low-end brand. Alternatives like the Kraft & Dele 600W cutter are recommended for similar tasks, with users noting that it may be more reliable for home renovations. Users share experiences with other models, such as a Dedra 450W cutter, which has proven effective for amateur use despite its lower power. Concerns are raised about the actual power output of budget models, with suggestions that advertised wattages may be inflated. Overall, while the Eurotec SM 201 may suffice for occasional use, users recommend considering other brands for better performance and reliability.
