I used to have this switch - there were problems with the Netgear Ultra 2 server connected to it. Latest switch firmware and it didn't work (it didn't work on any of them). Best of all, no problems after switching to Netgear GS116E (as well as on the HP PS1810-24G, Cisco SG300 managed switch). It's just that something slightly went wrong for them in this case.
