Dear users, I am currently working on the issue of injectors in Renault master II 2.5 dci 2002. , injectors after regeneration 3 items (0445110141 and 8200146357) and 1 item (H82146357). Pump after regeneration, new glow plugs, head after planning and checking valves, replaced rings, no errors in the ECU. The car generally works quite nicely, but during ignition (cold engine) it must turn min. 3 times, then for about 5-8 seconds. works unevenly, with bright smoke for a moment. I am not sure if the injectors should not be coded, and if so, since on the coils, apart from the manufacturer's numbers, I do not see codes or even the injector class. I will add that the H82146357 injector has an additional inscription 549063 and 8807197168908 while the other 3 do not have. Has anyone met exactly this type of injectors and has any suggestions for their coding.

New candles and heat? because many situations I saw where the new candle was already damaged. How much done since half renovation?

On many forums, people describe waving in cinders. And only in winter. But nobody solved it. I have it too. In summer there is no problem. What was possible was proven.

The car made 900km. Regarding candles - bosch and work 100%. In 2.5 dci a significant defect is the wave rotation for which the pressure control valve is most often responsible. However, my question is not about wave revolutions and coding injectors, because I have the impression that in addition to not firing "on touch" and 3 revolutions one injection works unevenly - you can hear a slight noise on a cold engine and warm noise when accelerating. It may be my oversensitivity and emphasis on comfort, but I rather expect that after such an effort the engine will work very smoothly and quietly, especially since it is dci.
I will also add that injection corrections in the range of 0.5-0.9.

if you have what to code it with when connected to a computer it certainly displays the injector number that is currently added

The injectors are the same, they have only undergone a thorough regeneration. I just don't know if they came to exactly the same places. We will see after connecting the computer what is in the ECU memory and how it relates to these injectors. The only strange thing is that nothing that looks like code or class is on the injector. By the way, it is true that after such a refurbishment the car must calmly reach and the injectors must be arranged. After 900 km, the engine runs quieter, it is more dynamic, but the so-called icing on the cake. My feeling is that the computer controls one of the injections too "quickly".

injectors in dci at 99.9% are not programmed until 2002 in 2.2 dci at 100% would not fire if they were programmed! and whether they are in the same place or not it does not matter! Are you sure that candles are playing? check

As wrote on the day. In this year (20022,2003) 2.5dci injectors were not coded. I had the opportunity just to see a colleague almost the same car only that with a 2.2 dci 2004 engine and there are codes on the injectors. In addition, I mention that just in this 2.2dci car the engine has undergone a thorough renovation and the injectors have been changed to used ones. The car smokes and works on 5+ without coding the injectors!
In my case, after driving almost 1500km everything stabilized and the engine runs quieter and more dynamically.

And why is that? Any specific justification? Is it just a theory?

Old topic, but info for posterity, because as in the forums more stupid-knowing all-knowing than helpful (lately no link to it).

It will not start because coded commonrail injections are the second generation of the system, working at a higher operating pressure than the first, naturally the injectors will not open.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the injectors of a Renault Master II 2.5 dci 2002, particularly concerning uneven cold starts and smoke emissions. The user has replaced several components, including injectors (0445110141, 8200146357, H82146357), glow plugs, and has performed engine maintenance such as head planning and valve checks. Despite these efforts, the vehicle requires multiple attempts to start and exhibits rough idling with smoke during cold starts. Participants in the forum suggest that injector coding may not be necessary for this model year, as injectors in the 2.5 dci engines from 2002 typically do not require coding. Some users mention that injector placement and pressure control valves could affect performance. After driving approximately 1500 km, the engine's performance reportedly improved, indicating that the injectors may have settled after regeneration.
