    Hello,

I have a problem with a 2.5 dci 120km master. There is no power after replacing the engine. From the bottom of the terrible mule only when the turbine starts to blow a little drive.

The old engine had EGR, a new (used) one was purchased without this system. So EGR was blinded. Injections and turbo after regeneration (according to the owner because it was he himself). After putting everything together, the car fires nicely, the engine doesn't smoke or anything. But a complete lack of power. 0 errors neither on the board nor on the computer. Camshaft not moved, just like it was purchased.

And now I gave the injection, supposedly after regeneration, to my specialist for checking. And he claims that the two injections are from Opel and they completely spray differently and the car will not drive on these injections.

    PS. Version without flow meter

    Is it possible?

Did you exchange your computer with the engine? Did you code the injections?
What year is your car and engine from a donor? I bet your car is max 2005/2006 vintage donor from 07?

Opel is nothing but Renault in this kennel, they both go for CR Bosch

No injections were not coded. The engine was bought alone bare post without accessories. I don't know which year.

But I noticed that the injections brought by the owner two injections are number 0 445 110 086 and according to google it comes from 1.7 cdti and optically have a different tip than the next two injections with numbers 0 445 110 087. Which according to google are up to 2.5 dci. And the service also gave me the same that injection should sit in it 0 445 110 087.

PS. I have now checked the designation of both engines and both have G9U A754.

You can't put the injectors on from your "old" engine? Since you have 2 others, start by gathering dedicated to this bike.
PS. Errors on the board are? EGR removed at all?

I can't put in the old ones because one old injection burned the piston in an old engine. So I used the engine and the customer provided regenerated injections. And they are as I stated.

Everything put together. The car does not want to drive it and the customer does not want to pay money ...

In the meantime, I still put the car to the electronics, checked everything, cut the egr from the computer. He clearly said something was wrong with the injections. Nowhere else does he see problems.

There are no errors on the board.

I refused these injections to specialists to make order with them. We will see what will happen.

Since the engine you inserted the pole alone, you should not worry about such matters as EGR. The post is a block, head and bowl. Well, unless there is an EGR in the head.

And the second thing is that if the customer arranged these injections, pack him the injections in a cardboard box and give him to his paw and tell him to wash with them .... since he arranged them himself. And let them arrange them as they are supposed to be. For an example, you have injections from an old engine from which you can read the numbers. And if you do not have them, you can easily set their numbers by VIN.

I just gave the customer 3 times these injections to displace with them ... replaced, repaired or anything else.

And it is the same every time, because the one who did it to him tells him that everything is ok. And I say that it can not be and will not walk, but unfortunately he does not believe me and claims that somewhere else there is a problem ...

If you are sure of your diagnosis, make an appointment with him that if so, then you arrange your injections (buy new, used, regenerated - whatever will walk) you put in and if it walks it pays extra for the injections. This is a fair deal because you take the risk but if your diagnosis is confirmed, you will still make money on injections.

Well, this is not exactly my diagnosis but a specialist in injection molding who after checking the injectors refurbished by the owner stated that they will not ride because 1 atomizer is good compatible with injection and car, and 3 are different and they spray differently.

Anyway, tomorrow I receive the injection from repair and pass the reports.

You're mixing something. Once you write that two injections are different, later that three. Either way, the injections should be the same, dedicated to the engine.

I wrote earlier that 2 injections are with the number (tip) 086 and 2 injections are with the 087. In addition, the expert said that one tip in the injector with the number 087 is correct, and the rest of the injections have tips not suitable for their numbers.

Take the customer's injection and take it to your proven specialist.

    Hello,

I come with new information. I received the injection from repair. It is a little better though, but up to 1500 revolutions is still scary then slider.

    anyone have any ideas yet?

I noticed that the turbine gives a lot of oil in the collector.

No buddy, this intercooler gives. If it's collapsed, it will stifle it and the symptoms will pass like nothing. Twist it exactly as it was. What is more strange here after replacing the engine block itself. Let the quack from autocom give it a rest, because it's normally a shame. So many parameters to view. Miracle-honey, honey-raspberry.

Problem solved, if so what was the cause?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Renault Master 2.5 dci 120km experiencing power loss after an engine replacement. The new engine, lacking an EGR system, was installed without coding the injectors, which were sourced from a different model (Opel 1.7 cdti) and are incompatible with the vehicle. Despite the engine starting without errors, it exhibits a significant lack of power, with the turbo only engaging at high RPMs. The user is advised to ensure that all injectors are compatible and to consider the condition of the turbo and intercooler, as oil in the collector may indicate further issues. The conversation highlights the importance of using the correct injector specifications and the potential need for further diagnostics.
