Hello. My problem is that the warranty period of the door has expired and it has just been seriously damaged for me. The door has two upper locks of the "lucznik" type and the lower one with a key. The lower one has failed because all bolts open, only the upper one. I drilled the lock and pulled it out, thinking that it was the lock's fault, it was closing very hard. Unfortunately, I drilled the lock with the lift and the problem still remained. I thought that the gear inside the door, which is connected to the lock, would give me the opportunity to open the lock when I pull the lock, but unfortunately. My question is how to get the repair and how to lower the upper bolt of the door so that it would be without unnecessary damage. The upper parts are taped with tape and the bottom is not important because I have already opened the lock. Thank you for your creative advice, photo of the door is attached.
