    Hello,

I have a problem finding the coil for the card in Renault Megane II 2005.
After the card fell (I only have one), the element marked on the screen has broken off. I found out from a search on the forum that it's a hands free coil. I had a general problem with this card, the car did not respond to buttons. I decided to disassemble the card and in the middle saw: broken 1nf smd capacitor, also solder from this large round coil, in the middle a hands free coil flew (cracked core and winding - I tried to solder under a microscope, but I failed, the pins from the mounting were on disc - damaged element). After soldering the capacitor that flew out and soldering the coil from the immobilizer, the car began to respond to the buttons, a bath in the washer and after inserting the card into the meganka reader fires; the problem is now just how the card is kept in your pocket - no response to start and some strange central opening and closing. If you put it in the reader, it's ok. I called the service, if they would undertake repairs, there is no such option. They can program a new card - PLN 1000 (700 card + coding). A bit expensive. I also found a magician in Warsaw who was to cover the topic (I did not want to rummage because my knowledge is focused on placing BGA :-) but he made me a horse. First of all, no permanent address, secondly, he wanted to take the card, and what finally turned out he didn't have a hands free coil and offered me a card without hand free for PLN 300. Do the two coils on the board have identical parameters (the one on the right)? Do you know any store or parameters of this element where you can buy it? Gentlemen, a warm request for help. In practice, a similar industry, laptop service for 10 years, I asked colleagues but they do not associate the topic. At a friendly auction there are cards used to buy, but it is not known whether it is with hands free or without? One more question: what to glue? Some kind of blob or something else? Regards Paweł, and thank you in advance for your answer. I was looking for some schemes in Russian forums, but it's hard.

Only an outlet or purchase directly from China. Only one probably does not pay off. Unfortunately, few people repair such cards because it does not pay.

ok, do you associate any parameters and how to look for it? when you go to the warehouse, for example, smd resistors, you don't buy 100 pieces each, I can buy 100 - it will be forever and I will be sure that such a magician will not make a card clone and will not knock my car (he will lead me to home - there have been such cases, not necessarily from Renault). By the way of this repair, it turned out that if I have only one card, the insurer will not pay me cash from AC if they steal my car (despite the fact that I pay them), because you need to have two cards. Thick topic :-) I really wonder about this duplicate on the site, only conscience and ambition do not allow me; and the price too :-)

You're joking right? I omit it is Laguna II. And you think that who helps you here, but not the magicians you paranoidly suspect of being a thief? Believe me, such a magician will start your car in 5 minutes without any original card. You discouraged me from helping me.

Buddy Pawel wawa, you misunderstood me, I don't suspect anyone of theft, as I wrote, I went to such a "magician" to help me but he did a bit of a horse for me, because we agreed to exchange a coil from hand free. I just wasted time and money on traveling and nothing came of it. I had some fears this is a fact, because it is a parking lot we will arrange here - you will wait - I will come in 2 hours :-) . I meant more about this particular case, maybe that's why I wrote it because I can't hide I was quite annoyed with the whole situation. I am aware of what you wrote. Nowadays, everything can be done, and nobody steals old meganki anymore. For rectification I had no bad intentions and I do not suspect any of my colleagues of any bad deeds.
Buddy Invector, thank you for the offer, I will speak to you in a week, because I am going on a short vacation.

Best regards and Thank you gentlemen for your interest.

Only with this card we can not find in the car, this pocket under the start button goes normally 2/3 so I guess she didn't fall inside? In addition, you did not have to put it there to run, and yesterday we showed a friend that when the card lies inside, you can close the door and open again !!!!! ???? We were looking everywhere everywhere was just ripped with a seat knife .... so seriously, did anyone hear that after correctly opening and moving the card away the car still starts and drives without a problem ??? No circus!

    Hello
In my opinion, there is no chance. If you have a card with hands free, when you move away, you won't start the car. I suggest looking well under the seats, between the seat and the armrest, or clothes. If you do not find the card, you will be left to an ASO, they will program you a new card based on VIN, cards without hands free are cheaper and will also work only the card must be inserted into the reader.
    Regards Paweł
