OR-PRE-409 ORNO Electronic Timer (2015 Batch) - Display On, Program Not Starting, Manual Activation

I am the owner of 2 electronic programmers OR-PRE-409 ORNO (I bought them in 2015 from the same batch), for about two weeks both programmers have stopped working.
Everything is displayed on them but the set program on them does not start, even the manual start from AUTO to ON does not activate the programmer.
I reset the settings again and unfortunately no effect.
Or maybe someone had a similar case what can be done to fix programmers.

And what battery they hold the clock and the settings they don't have inside? Possibly, if they did not destroy any power surges in the network since they fell at the same time?

I looked at the instructions and there the manufacturer declares a 24 month warranty. We have the beginning of 2017, maybe they are still under warranty. What do these programmers control? Most often the executive element is a relay. When the programmer is to turn on, listen to it clicking (quiet)? Burned contacts of this relay are also possible. Unfortunately, it's just a shag. You have to undress and measure.

There's a Ni-MH battery inside, but I've already replaced them and I thought it would start working but without effect. I was also wondering if there was a surge but probably not because 2 other older programmers work without a problem

Measure the voltage on the relay coil when it is to be switched on. See what is controlled. You can also upload clear pcb images from both sides.

These programmers are useless, I bought a new piece and the programmer worked once, a failure (good that I have a receipt). Purchased GTV programmer for 22 PLN works better than the one for about 32 PLN. I do not recommend.

Let's not make a GTV ad, it is Chinese, as everyone else depends on how it goes. The best solution is to buy aurotona 100 (3 years warranty), different from all other programmers, better build quality, longer warranty and does not look like a thousand other Chinese . However, it's better to contribute and have something for years.
