    Hello gentlemen

I have such a problem I was driving a Corsa D 2008 1.3 cdti 75 HP suddenly the engine started ignition and stopped reacting to gas I pulled over to the side of the road I turned off and will not start anymore. I connected the computer and dumped the diaphragms:
P0089 fuel pressure regulator 1 Performance
    P0087 Rail pressure too low
    P1093 fuel system, malfunction
P0190 rail pressure sensor data out of range
In the parameter view I noticed that it is:
Target fuel pressure CR 370 Bar
Fuel pressure measured CR 6550 Bar
I changed the fuel pressure sensor on the rail and the situation is as follows:
Target fuel pressure CR 370 Bar
The target fuel pressure CR 0 Bar increases to 20 bar while turning. Rotation of the starter about 220 - 230 rev.
The vehicle does not start again.
Fuel control solenoid valve will change the value between 4.7 - 5.8%

The cr pump was removed and the injection was taken to Bosch for inspection and the positive result the pump and injection are within the manufacturer's range. everything has been checked on the Bosch EPS table.
All errors have been removed from the controller and once every time during shooting pop-up error P0190
What else can be the pressure control valve on the rail?

Yes of course . I did corse with this error, so much that it often went out during the weir.

For starters, you can only replace the gaskets on this valve, minimal cost.
The valve itself is already a few hundred.

    Hello after a break.

The DRV valve on the rail has been changed to a new Bosch and Corsa still does not fire. Installation checked from the pressure sensor on the rail and the DRV valve the same symptom, while turning the pressure on the rail increases to max. 20 bar new sensor. The pump was pulled out again and the injections were regenerated at Bosch. Still doesn't fire what the problem may be?

Pull the driver out of the pit, spin it up and see if it is flooded, damp. In general, outflows clog there and the driver likes to oxidize and swim in water.

many people say that the cause may be the shaft sensor. I have this problem, but with the VC 1.9 150 HP. but it didn't help me. just turns around snaps and goes out. as if pressure was escaping somewhere. I call this one arrow car. if cold it will fire 400 km without extinguishing. if you put it out, it must cool down to 43 degrees, the shot goes on and on. WTF. maybe anyone has any suggestions. pressure sensor on cr rail checked position sensors of camshaft and shafts replaced and new temperature sensor. if anyone has any idea please. thanks in advance.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2008 Opel Corsa D 1.3 CDTI experiencing engine ignition and fuel pressure issues. The user reports that the engine stopped responding while driving, leading to diagnostic trouble codes P0089 (fuel pressure regulator performance), P0087 (low rail pressure), P1093 (fuel system malfunction), and P0190 (rail pressure sensor data out of range). Despite replacing the fuel pressure sensor and the DRV valve, the vehicle still fails to start, with rail pressure only reaching 20 bar during cranking. Suggestions include checking for flooding in the driver, potential clogging, and issues with the shaft sensor, as similar problems have been reported by others with different models. The user is seeking further insights into the persistent failure to start.
