    Hello, two days ago, i.e. February 22, 2017 in the evening I lost my internet connection unexpectedly. My supplier is vectra and at first I thought it was a problem on their part, but it is not so obvious. The Internet does not work after a cable (2 computers) or wifi (of course the devices connect to the router), with one exception. My father's phone connects via wifi and only on it is the internet, I tried on a laptop and two other phones and nothing. I don't know what to do anymore, I tried to figure something out on the computer, but I'm a specialist so it didn't work. Please help, best regards.

    Call the hotline, you need to start by eliminating the service provider as the source of the problem. Then look at the router, if necessary, reset it to the factory settings.

    I reset it yesterday, it didn't help. I guess I will have to go there because I waited 15 minutes on the hotline and no one connected with me ...

    Call to effect, the locals are unlikely to help you. Dial the number, select service and give it to the speakerphone. You can learn this music by heart :-)
