For many months I have had a problem with the Vectra (30Mbit) internet, it just disconnects while surfing. Recently, technicians have replaced the entire infrastructure (cables, switchboards / boxes? In the basement) and even the riser that goes to my apartment and the socket in the wall.
Previously, modems were replaced, now I have Technicolor EPC3928S (allegedly the most proven and reliable). Technicians claimed that files / packages got lost during transmission or something
before replacing the installation and now it should be approx.
I use a desktop computer, cable connection and wifi laptop. When the internet pops up, both are not there. Despite this, I brought two other laptops to eliminate hardware on my side and the same. I took my desktop computer to a different address - the internet was running for 2 days without a problem, the network card driver was the latest from 09/2017.
I read topics about the Vectra internet on the forum but they are quite old, in 2012-2014. how can I collect some useful data that could help to solve my problem, what can I check for myself and what do I have to ask the supplier for. Today, between 12.45 and 12.50, my connection was severed six times

Will I get any parameters with WinMTR 0.92 (different?) That I could put here and evaluate?
