To access the recordings from the recorder you must install the "MiVue Manager" program for Windows 7/8/10 on the PC or remove the memory card from the recorder and read the recordings contained on it on an external reader. Link to download the "MiVue Manager" application link

I don't have a problem with that because I put the memory card in and read everything to me, I need to connect it via USB to download radar updates. I saw a video on YT as the camcorder is connected to the computer and a message appears on the screen of the camcorder that it is connected to the computer and everything is ok and for me neither the webcam nor the computer displays nothing.

In this video link it is shown that a PC connection is not required for the upgrade. Just download the update file and put it on the memory card and follow the instructions provided. As for the lack of connection with a PC, it may be a hardware problem with the cable or USB port.

I don't know why, but when I do it through the memory card, after inserting it back into the recorder, a message appears if I want to see updates, it gives me ok and turns off and should be updated. However, when I check the version after a while, this is the firmware version and there are no speed cameras.
As for the USB cable I tried on two, I bought a new one and nothing is displayed and the USB ports are all working properly

You have to follow all the steps like this guy in the video, i.e.
    1. save the update file to the card
    2. insert the card into the recorder
    3. start the recorder
    4. connect the charger (powerbank or in the car) to the recorder
    5. select "OK" on the screen asking if you want to update
    6. wait until the recorder turns off

Point 4, i.e. connecting to the charger, is important here.
If this procedure does not work then the recorder cannot be updated by normal means and you will have to visit the service.

Unfortunately it does not work. I think I will have to submit a complaint

There is still a possibility (although unlikely :) ) that you have chosen the update file incorrectly. This is a direct link for your model link . The second possibility is that on the update page there is an instruction about the file called "Speedcam.bin", and after downloading the file we have the file "Speedcam_Data_EU.bin". Try to rename the downloaded file to "Speedcam.bin" and only update. Maybe there is a problem :) .

File downloading good. unfortunately the file name change did not help :(
Even if it were possible to update the firmware and speed cameras, I would give the equipment for complaints, because I didn't spend so much money so I couldn't connect it via USB to the computer.
So thanks for your willingness it's a shame that nothing can be done

I also have a question about the Mio c330 video recorder after starting the engine, sometimes the inscription pops up establishes a USB connection, is it a defect or is it normal

Power cuts out during startup. And that's what causes such a problem. You need to plug in without shutting off at start-up.
