    Hey.

Today I failed in the assembly of NC + with multiroom.
I am an installer and have never had such problems.
Well, that's how it looks. The antenna is mounted, everything is perfectly set.

Adds a drawing as it all looks.

NC + Multiroom - extra decoder does not see the main (3 multiroom decoders)

The entire installation on one property.

    B - Office
D1 - this is the first house
D2 - this is the second home

The office is the main MODECOM router and there is an internet connection with Orange after ADSL.

In D1 there is a TP LINK WR841N router. It is connected by means of a twisted pair router that is in the Modecom office thanks to which I have internet at home.

In D1 is the main Premiumbox + WiFi decoder and the next room is another wifibox + decoder.
Both decoders are connected via home wifi with internet access.
Here everything is fine, the additional decoder connects without problem with the main (sees its IP address). Automatic configuration. The Internet works, VOD also.

    Problems are starting here.

As a small fee, I've taken another wifibox + decoder to the D2 parents home.
In D2 there is another TP LINK WR841N router connected by twisted pair to the MODECOM router from the office and I also have internet in this house.
90% signal quality (on TVN7 HD), card activation done via the hotline. All channels operate for the first 5 minutes and then of course they lock up due to lack of connection with the main decoder. I run automatic configuration and wireless connection in the decoder and unfortunately there is still blockade, no connection to the main decoder. I also carried out software updates, the MULTIROOM icon in the menu is. After entering it and further CONNECTION STATUS, this decoder does not see the main one.

I have reset all routers, there is no MAC filtering in routers, after 5 hours of fighting with one decoder unfortunately nothing has been done.
I restored the decoder's factory settings.

Decoders theoretically should all be seen because they work in the same Network Gateway (192.168.000.001) and get individual IP addresses automatically:

    Dek.główny
    192,168,000,100
    Additional decree in D1 192.168.000.103
    Additional decree in D2 192.168.000.102

These houses are separated from each other in a straight line about 30 m and have separate wifi networks.

Does anyone know why they do not see?

PS This dec additional problem with which is the problem I took to the NC + point but it was found that it is efficient and there is no problem with it.

You must configure the Tp-link routers as an AP without a WAN port.

    Thank you for your response.

Just the plug is plugged into the WAN port. And in one house and the other.

The platform consultant recommended me to do both additional decoders as well as the main manual configuration - manually enter the IP addresses.
I understand correctly that you need to translate the plugin in both routers from WAN to LAN and do the configuration?

It can not do anything if the devices are in different subnets.

Colleague @bogiebog gave the configuration link. On each TP link, of course, a different IP address.

Gentlemen, kissing on the palms and feet.
    Everything is flying, thank you.

    To close.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around an installation issue with NC+ multiroom decoders, where an extra decoder fails to recognize the main decoder. The user describes their setup involving a MODECOM router and TP-LINK WR841N routers, with internet connectivity established through ADSL. Responses suggest configuring the TP-LINK routers as access points (AP) without using the WAN port and ensuring all devices are on the same subnet with unique IP addresses. The user confirms successful resolution after following the advice provided.
