Someone might have been involved in a process called "softthinks agent service". It seems to me that it is associated with the "Dell backup and recovery" program. So turn off this process or reduce its priority? Sometimes during the day it turns on and during this few minutes nothing goes on the computer, because the disk load is equal to 100%.
