Alcatel Onetouch Pixi7 - Tablet Stuck in Boot Loop, Need ROM/Firmware & Repair Steps

I will write right away that I am aware that you will need to upload a new ROM (or Firmware).
Will I have to download Android Studio to do this via ADB?

Tablet history:
My mother bought the cheap Alcatel Onetouch Pixi7 tablet, which as it turned out to be "broken" or "bricked".

Problem:
The tablet falls into a loop when I turn it on, ie. The Alcatel Onetouch Pixi7 logo appears and turns off 3 times and then the Recovery Mode starts. IMG_201808...193626.jpg Download (1.05 MB)

Android System Recovery
ALP5.KK1.MP10.p6

Tomorrow they should send me the disk to my computer and then I can do it.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I've tried everything.
I even downloaded some files to the SD card from my phone trying to install them on the tablet using the "Apply Update From SD Card" function but after selecting the file it said that the file could not be installed.

The file was called "MT8127__TCL__I213__PIXO7__4.4.2__ALPS.KK1.MP10"
Unfortunately, it was a long time since I downloaded it and I don't remember where or what the 2nd file is from.
