Hello, I'm new here, and I have a question for you because I can't find on the net, namely:
I got from a friend of the Chinese cross who stood in his garage for over a year, had a problem with the electrics, there was no wiring harness and module only what was left is a coil and a magneto motor.
So I bought a new harness, module and ignition switch. I plugged the bundle under the cables that come out of the magneto, module and coil under the ankles that come out of the bundle and unfortunately I don't want to fire. Now my question is whether I connected the cables correctly or do I need to replace something more, and how to connect this ignition switch since there is a cube in the bundle. Pictures attached.

From what I see, everything is fine, the ignition switch works on the principle that when you short-circuit these two wires cut off the ignition. Check with the meter what voltages come out of the wires, from what I remember green and black and white is the rest by default, maybe it is the fault of the magneto / coil.

I know it's logical but when checking the cables I have to use kopek what not? because there is no battery

I measured the meter and the current is only on white, yellow and black and red and I think that they are from the coil, does it mean that the coil will be inverted?

If the installation is similar to "scooter" ones (from the known country), then the red-black cable is from the high-voltage coil, blue-yellow from the pulse generator and yellow and white, it is light and probably from charging the battery. Compare with the installation diagram, e.g. Router.

What about this pulse generator cable? Because the power does not come out of it?

Tomorrow I will check exactly where it comes out because I have a similar engine with two coils and I will give and how.

This is a gear sensor, with or without it will function normally.

Thanks :) I was afraid that I would have to change something again, I am waiting for a new magneto and no whip, he will have to talk :)

I don't know what to do anymore, a new magneto, module, harness, coil and still no spark. I measured the cables with the meter and the current is, but it is not on the pulser even though it is new, what should I do?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting the electrical system of a Chinese Cross 125 motorcycle after the user replaced the wiring harness, module, and ignition switch. The user is experiencing issues with the ignition not firing despite connecting the new components. Responses suggest checking the voltage output from the wires, particularly focusing on the connections from the magneto and coil. The user is advised to compare the wiring with a known installation diagram, such as that of a Router scooter. There are concerns about the functionality of the pulse generator and the overall wiring setup, with suggestions to verify connections and test components for faults. The user expresses frustration after replacing multiple parts without achieving a spark.
