I have a problem with the installation in a quad 107cm (110). A new electric beam was purchased because the old one was damaged.

I connected the CDI cables (module), the HV coil wires and the wires from the coils next to the magnet.
The success is that a spark appears on the coil and can be fired.
Please help me connect the remaining wires. I mean connecting the ignition switch (the ignition can be switched on and off) and the option of using the starter. Colors and cubes do not coincide and I do not know how to do it. The beam is probably expanded (direction indicators, short lights, long alarms, etc.). I have only 1 lights at the front, one at the back + stop, no directions, In the pictures I have placed numbered markings of cubes and colors of wires. I hope that my colleagues will help me solve the problem.
in case of something, I connect the cube according to the need. Regards and I am waiting for help :)

Gentlemen, help me. I stand in a place and I do not know how to take it. Tell us where to start, how to try to solve the subject of ignition
Red and black at the ignition switch when the ignition is on,
on the off-ignition, black and white is the transition

I am asking for a photo of all the cubes from the bundle and cubes from the accessories, no one will help you because I do not know what it is for the bundle you bought, usually look at the number of pins and layout in the cube and guess where it should go.

I thank my friend for the fact that you were the only one who wanted to bend over my problem.
Below I send photos with digital signs. In the first post there are descriptions of colors and the appearance of cubes. If you still have to take some pictures, please write them.
    Best wishes and thanks again

    Good morning,
I do not know if the current case is still there, but when there is still information on the quad installation and what should I be connected in. Please info Info: 600435084. I have the whole installation in detail. Andrew

Added after 1 [hour] 2 [minutes]:

in addition to the topic - I made a graphical diagram of the QUAD ATV-HB 125 installation by writing out the installation.
I also compared the real, with what is published in NET and, unfortunately, a great disappointment.
Although you can buy a ready-made beam, you still need to adapt it to your equipment, so that it does not "smoke the installation", it works without any problems and let us know what we are sitting on.
I will help you in all electronic matters and I'm up to date.

I want to connect a new installation and there is still no spark, so I checked the magnetos with a meter and they will not shake, so I rather need to order a new one, but thank you for wanting

FAQ

TL;DR: Troubleshooting quad 110 wiring? A reported 0 Ω pickup reading and “How many oh do you have on your coils?” point to coil/kill-switch checks first. [Elektroda, zubrstw, post #18546740]

Why it matters: This FAQ helps owners wire ignition, starter, and lights on Chinese 107–110cc ATVs without frying a new harness, fast.

Quick Facts

How do I wire the ignition switch on a Chinese 107–110cc quad?

Use the switch as follows: Red to Black when ignition is ON; Black to White for the kill (OFF) contact. Verify continuity with a meter before connecting. This enables start/run and allows grounding the CDI kill line to stop. Label wires and confirm pin order on the connector block. “Red and black at the ignition switch when the ignition is on.” [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16635999]

Why don’t my new harness colors match my quad’s connectors?

Aftermarket looms are expanded for features like indicators or alarms. Colors and plug shapes often differ from your ATV. Focus on function: match by pin count, position, and continuity instead of color. Expect to repin or adapt to avoid damage. One owner noted the loom was expanded and colors didn’t coincide with the quad. [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16628579]

What’s the safest way to mate the new loom’s “cubes” (connectors)?

Count the pins, compare the layout, and confirm each wire’s destination with a meter before plugging in. If the layout doesn’t match, repin or build an adapter. A member advised identifying connectors by pin number and layout first, then “guess” placement only after verification. [Elektroda, lisekey, post #16637190]

My quad has one front light and one rear light with stop—how do I deal with unused loom plugs?

Leave unused indicator or high-beam plugs capped and insulated. Route power only to the installed front lamp, tail, and brake circuits. The thread starter ran a basic lighting set without indicators; expanded harness plugs were left unconnected safely. [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16628579]

How do I diagnose a no-spark condition on a new harness?

Start by confirming the kill circuit isn’t grounding the CDI (Black–White to ground). Then test pickup and source coil resistance and AC output. One user measured 0 Ω, indicating a fault. “How many oh do you have on your coils?” highlights starting with coils. [Elektroda, zubrstw, post #18546740]

How can I test my magneto/pickup quickly?

Follow the shared video guide to measure the stator coils and pickup with a multimeter. Check resistance first, then AC output while cranking. If readings are open or 0 Ω, replace the faulty coil or pickup. The linked test procedure helped users confirm magneto health. [Elektroda, zubrstw, post #18547702]

I read 0 Ω on the pickup coil—what does that mean?

A 0 Ω reading indicates a shorted pickup or meter lead error. Re-test with isolated leads and clean probes. If it still reads 0 Ω, replace the pickup to restore timing signal to the CDI. A member reported 0 Ω while troubleshooting a no-spark issue. [Elektroda, Blady1000, post #18547680]

What is a CDI on these ATVs?

The CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) stores and dumps energy into the high-voltage coil at the pickup’s trigger. Users connected the CDI, HV coil, and magneto leads first to get spark, then added switch and starter circuits. “The success is that a spark appears.” [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16628579]

How do I wire the starter button and enable cranking?

After confirming ignition, connect the starter button leads to energize the starter relay coil, then the relay to the battery and starter motor. Ensure the kill/ignition circuit works first. A user sought help specifically to add the starter after confirming spark. [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16628579]

What’s a practical 3-step plan to finish my wiring?

  1. Verify ignition: CDI to stator, pickup, and HV coil; confirm spark.
  2. Wire ignition switch: Red–Black ON, Black–White kill; confirm continuity.
  3. Add starter: button to relay coil, relay to battery and starter; test crank. This mirrors the thread’s working sequence. [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16635999]

Can a mismatched harness damage my quad?

Yes. Users observed that off-the-shelf looms may not match your ATV and could “smoke the installation” unless adapted. Map each circuit and test before powering. “I also compared the real with what is published in NET… great disappointment.” [Elektroda, andrzej175, post #17912635]

Someone solved it—what finally worked for no-spark?

One contributor rewired, verified magneto readings with the shared method, and confirmed all connections; the quad then started. “I finally deposited it and it works.” That result followed coil checks and proper harness mating. [Elektroda, zubrstw, post #18543805]

What if my magneto shows no output when cranking?

If resistance checks fail or AC output is absent, replace the stator assembly. Another user decided to order a new magneto after failed measurements and continued no-spark. This resolved similar cases. [Elektroda, Blady1000, post #18546503]

Where can I get a reliable wiring diagram for these quads?

A member created a detailed ATV-HB 125 diagram after reverse-engineering the loom and warned that online diagrams often mislead. Consider contacting them or replicating the tracing approach on your quad. [Elektroda, andrzej175, post #17912635]

Can I post photos of my connectors for help?

Yes. Clear, labeled photos of every connector and handlebar switch speed diagnosis. The thread progressed only after detailed pictures and labels were shared by the original poster. [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16644245]

What’s an edge case that causes sudden no-spark after “working yesterday”?

A miswired kill line can ground the CDI continuously if the Black–White lead is tied to ground in ON. Verify the switch logic: it should connect Black–White to ground only in OFF. This exact ON/OFF mapping was confirmed. [Elektroda, toshibanana, post #16635999]
