Hello, I have a very specific problem that the supplier couldn't even explain to me. I have fiber-optic internet with 100MB fiberway, to the point - when we want to connect, for example, with a brother or colleague who also has fiberway internet, both via LAN and we also tried via WiFi, for example to one server in a game, then Magic begins to happen, described in several cases:
    1) one person can enter the server and the other one crashes from the menu level, or he cannot join the team with the traditional error "failed to join the session" etc.
    2) we both enter, but there are so strong packet losses, high ping and its variations that you can not do anything at all (I will add that when speedtest starts in such a situation, of course the ping shows 10ms despite the fact that in a given game it is impossible even move)
    3) we connect to the network mode for two completely different games and the problem is the same as above (e.g. he plays bf and I start fifa and we both have strong lags)
    4) One person is using the internet normally and the other is trying to play and the effect mentioned above
    5) everything flashes beautifully as it should - this situation occurs most often after resetting the router, but on the second day everything falls apart, probably until the computer is restarted

In advance I say right away that we tried everything from the router menu recommended to me by the support of Origin, Uplay, Steam in this situation, i.e. port forwarding, enabling and disabling UnPnP, and even risky adding the router to the DMZ. Everything had no effect, or it worked for a while, for example, the ports worked with the rainbow six siege, but what if you had to set it up again after changing the IP ...
And the best thing is when it comes to any connections with players or my friends who have internet from another provider - no problems, everything is good, I also tried to connect via my mobile internet and there are no problems in this way, I will add also that there are League Of Legends games in which there are no difficulties with joining the session, pinging or losing packets, I don't know if then nothing is blocking us and not "biting"? I have no idea how it works. I'm sure it's not the computers' fault. Today I called them and they explained to me that these are the basic problems such as "that the server is far away in America and that is why there is such a high ping blah blah blah", but even if I connected with my brother to the server that would be 2 meters away from us, the problem would be the same. They reset my router and said that it was not their fault and the conversation was over. The problem persists and I don't have the strength anymore, something must be wrong, that we "bite" and I can play normally with everyone, but not with people who have fiberway internet in my case.
I think I described the problem in some detail and did not omit anything. I am asking for help if anyone has any idea or advice on how to fight it.

Since the problem also occurs in other connected providers, it is clear that the problem lies with the provider.

Well, what will I tell them, if they will not let themselves talk that I am connected to the "best server" or something like that and there is no option that they are to blame for it from their headquarters, they see that everything is great for me without any problems and that the fault is rather mine: /

Change the extra bed if you have such an opportunity.

As for me, you have internet on a server in the basement. Such a charm of local radio internet providers which, by the way, is not very suitable for playing at all. I am not a specialist, but it seems to be a problem at their headquarters. Links only sell to a few megabits. So no guarantee for equal distribution. Such operators sometimes create magic - they buy 100Mb / s and sell 1000 ;) . It is enough for too many people not to use it at once. And as you describe it, it looks as if packets were lost or mixed up in this switchboard. Do you even have a private IP? Or maybe you have an optical fiber because they are selling something like that too.
Try to prioritize packets. For example, test the CFosSpeed 30 days trial program and the price is so low that you can buy it as if it worked.
