    Hello,
I have a small problem with the blackbird spreader. The thing is, the tape goes and it's ok and the plate does not turn.
    Thanks in advance.

And the drive belt is? Have you looked from below?

Everything checked? The belt, whether it does not slip, whether the disc slightly rotates, whether the pulley on the gearing rotates after switching on the drive, if it does not turn, look for the cause in the gearbox. The gears or claw clutch may be damaged, check if it engages because it often rusted on the axle and did not move to activate the disc drive, the gears were also often damaged.
This topic has a parts catalog with instructions for use:

Yes, everything checked, the belt is stretched. If the plate is spinning, the wheel underneath turns, but if it pulls on the wheels, the wheel underneath it does not turn over the gear.
I suspect that something doesn't drive this wheel.
I don't know, I will ask ... Is there a wedge that blocks this wheel ???

If the wheel on the transmission spins "together with the axle" then either, as I wrote, damaged modes or claw clutch / engagement does not work, in other words damaged transmission. The pulley itself, at the transmission, is "stiffened" on the axle by a wedge, prismatic groove, size 6x6x20, but there is too little force to "cut", as I wrote the most common cause of failure in these spreaders is damage to modes in the transmission or claw coupling, drive switch. In the link I gave you is the instructions with the parts catalog and there everything is given with even the smallest washer as it is built.
