Hello, I have been the owner of a Creative muvo 10 bluetooth speaker since October. I am 110% happy with it, it has never caused me problems until now. The problem is as follows:
The loudspeaker stops charging from yesterday - you need to move the pin in the micro usb port so that the charging diode is on, anyway after 5-10 minutes it goes out and does not charge. Another problem is that after pressing the button responsible for activating the device, it does not respond at all, earlier, even with a few percent charge, it was surprising (but it was not possible to pair). I have a guarantee for the loudspeaker, but it was unscrewed by me to see "by eye" what could have happened there, as you can guess, I did not find out anything. What should I do in this situation? Go to the point of repairing audio equipment? Is there any chance of repair? Should I try to give it back under the guarantee and hope that they will recognize it?
