    Hello,
To start with, I want to list the components that will create the new computer:

Housing - SilentiumPC Alea m50 Pure Black
    Motherboard - AsRock Z270M Pro4
    RAM memory - HyperX Fury DDR4, 8GB, 2133MHz, CL14
    Cooling - SilentiumPC Fortis 3 HE1425 v2
    Processor - Intel Core i5 - 7600K
    Power supply - OCZ 650W
    Hard Disk - WD - 2TB Blue and M.2 - 128GB
Graphics Card - And at this moment I have a problem that I can't deal with, because I don't know whether to mount the card from Nvidia or AMD.

A friend said that Radeon RX 480 ARMOR OC 8GB GDDR5 in connection with this processor will cause quite large performance drops (up to 20%) - is that true?
    Is it better to buy a more expensive equivalent, i.e.GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G 6GB GDDR5?

The computer is to be used primarily for recordings of games at the highest graphic settings.

If such a topic has already arisen, I would ask for a link to it. I would love to get to know him.

Enter budget. In my opinion, 1060 will work better Colleagues than RX480 do not listen, heres it.

And what budget would be needed to come up with something. I'm just talking about the graphics card budget. So something around 1500 PLN.

I meant 1060 would be the best choice.

Kiko80 thank you for the link but I didn't ask about it.

You say GTX will be the best choice ummm. Approx. Now just a question. What is the difference between this Radeon and GTX I wrote about in conjunction with the Intel processor. What happens if I combine an Intel product with an AMD product?

I specially chose such a motherboard and processor to be able to perform OC.

    You can connect platforms.
You have tests on the internet comparing these two cards.

Nothing will happen if you connect AMD with Intel. I would suggest RX 480, because although it is a bit weaker in older games, it gains significantly in newer ones. Don't suggest such reviews, AMD has improved drivers for older games a lot since the first reviews and current reviews are only those from 2017, where the RX 480 8GB does not stand out from the GTX 1060 6GB. On the other hand, in most new titles, the RX 480 is significantly stronger than the GTX 1060 and I have the impression that it's getting worse.

You can combine with the purchase of the GTX 1070, but these go from 1700 PLN for referents. You could perhaps buy a used ten-seventy under warranty, I didn't check. AMD has no options in this budget.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around selecting a graphics card compatible with the Intel Core i5-7600K processor. The user is considering either the AMD Radeon RX 480 or the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, with concerns about performance drops when pairing the RX 480 with the Intel processor. Responses suggest that the GTX 1060 is generally a better choice, particularly for gaming at high settings, while the RX 480 may perform better in newer titles despite being slightly weaker in older games. The user is also informed that combining AMD and Intel components is feasible without issues. Budget considerations are mentioned, with a preference for options around 1500 PLN, and suggestions for potentially exploring the GTX 1070 if the budget allows.
