Fiat Seicento 1.1: Replace Headlamp Reflector Brackets, Where to Buy & Preserve Lamps

I am struggling with headlamps in Seicento, but the problem is that the reflectors have come off the damaged holders.
Of course, as a last resort, I will buy new lamps, but I would prefer to replace the handles because the lamps are in very good condition.

Does anyone know where you can buy such handles?

Unfortunately it doesn't fit. Toddler had smaller handles. Today I found out that these handles were not for sale, they are not in the parts catalog.
Therefore, I am looking for a person who has something like this from disassembly.

Does anyone know if there are such clips but for other car models? They drop out of Fiat 126p because they are too small. The clip must fit the ball from the standard light actuator.
