Sprinter Tachograph Disassembly: MB Sprinter CI 2002 - Disconnection & Mileage Issues, Wiring Guide

Hello.
I would like to disassemble the tachograph in MB Sprinter ci from 2002. The problem is that after disconnecting the tacho, the number of kilometers is no longer displayed and the speed is not indicated.
I was already looking for this topic on the forum and I knew it ..

You should change the memory content (the counter will switch to reading v from analog detector), bridge the power supply from A5 to B2 and A3 to B1 on the tacho plugs, then the signal v from B3 to A8 (can-l line). now in the meter plug you disconnect the can from TCO (pin 8,9) but from pin 8 you connect to pin 12 (our v).

I've already been to two electricians. They did exactly what it says, step by step, but the problem persisted.
Anyone can suggest something on this topic?

They didn't do something. After uploading the correct batch, the meter should display the mileage, if it does not display the kicked batch, if it does not show the speed, then the cables are kicked.
