    Hello,
I replaced brake discs and brake pads on the front axle in Mazda.
Due to the "convenience" and lack of time, I decided to do it on the site, one of the largest and more expensive in the area.
The service gentlemen proposed rotinger discs in a set with Breck brake pads, the set was supposedly checked, the pads were supposed to be soft and not squeak.
After the exchange, some 10 km from the site, a terrible squeak / screech began to appear on the way. Pressing the brake calmed the screeching, the brakes brake, nothing squealed during braking.
After 2-3 seconds from releasing the brake, the squeak returns, the more km you travel, the more intense the squeal is and the more it is.
After the car (pads / discs) has cooled down, there is silence.
On the way to work (for about 40 km) I listened to the intense squeaking that made my eyes twitch, so I went to the service after work to file a complaint.
The gentlemen took the car to the workshop for 45 minutes, then they left, did tests and stated that according to them, everything is properly installed to drive and if it doesn't help, then you have to try other bricks (for which I have to pay, of course, which I don't like).
The screech comes from only one side, on the right wheel.
On his return from the site, the screech came later and was less intense.
So I went to the store and bought copper grease and, pissed off, I sprayed the grease on the clamp.
It was quiet for about 60 km, I just don't know if a little bit of grease got onto the dial because of the caliper spray or simply and that helped.
The squeak returns again, but it is smaller than on the first day, unfortunately still so bothersome that my blood is boiling as I drive.
Because I cannot go to the site every day, because it is 30 km away and I have other activities, used to always improving after mechanics, I started the diagnosis. disassembled the clamp, disassembled the dial, cleaned the flash clamp on each side with a wire brush and sandpaper, greased and assembled.
After the tests it turned out that the problem is still driving at low speed.
The discs do not get hot, both are normally equally warm.
Same new set on both sides, so what could this be causing this behavior?

There is no play in the bearing sometimes?
This tin blade guard is not bent sometimes and touches the blade?

The sheet metal cover is not bent,
Everything is very nice there, the guides are very clean, they slide like butter.
I did not check the play, but I also tugged it a bit and felt nothing.

Cleaning the clamps several times did not help.
I replaced the pads with FOMAR (I wanted ATE but read different opinions, the seller from the store recommended FOMAR that they are not of the best quality but should not squeak).
It is definitely better. When driving, it does not squeal anymore, after a long ride and stopping, when I start, it sometimes squeals 2-3 times and stops.
It's better but not quite right, strange situation. It requires you to try all the bricks on the market to see which ones will not squeak in this set ...

This is what the pads look like after replacing the Mazda Dealership and covering 120 km
A hot wheel and a disc that shines like a light bulb.

I do not understand the question about ASO?
The blocks are like blocks, the only question is why they were mounted on the damaged disc (because the disc that can be seen in the background can be rolled or preferably replaced).
The caliper also brought about such a condition of the disc (about half of the block only rubs against the discs, the rest of the disc has already rusted).

I am surprised by the situation with these blocks that the Mazda is my (including my wife's cars for which I also have to beat) 12 car
cinquecento, seicento, corsa B, matiz, brava, uno, astra f, astra G, freelander, captiva, peugeot 407
and I have never had problems with squeaking brakes (while driving), only sporadically when braking, but at most on a wet day.
