    Hello. I have a problem with the online preview in the recorder. Well, the problem is that the program to watch cameras on the phone stops working regularly every 5 days. The preview is made using the hik-connect function, i.e. without opening the ports, fixed ITP IP address. for everything to work again I have to log in to the site

    Remove the recorder, add it again using S / N and the verification code and it starts working properly ... which is terribly annoying already. What could be the reason that it doesn't work ?? Of course I have the Internet at home and it works very well.

    2. Is there any program from HIKVISION on the PC that after entering the login and password I have a preview of the computer from anywhere?
    3. Am I able to connect to my recorder a camera other than a hik, e.g. 8 level IP?
    4. What is the name of the device that converts LAN into HDMI and is previewed on TV, how do you program it?
