NAVITEL R600 The battery does not maintain the camera settings. After a few moments from switching off the engine (power supply), the camera loses the date settings, etc.
    Does anyone have similar problems?

Forgive me if I ask a silly question. Do you have a power cord connected to the base of the camera or directly from the side to the camera? If the battery base is located on the base, the battery is apparently not being charged.

of course for fixing. So it is a battery. I wonder how should I discard and advertise it now?

This morning I peeled off the stand from the windscreen of the car. It can be peeled off only, you need to put something, preferably not metal between the stand and the glass. You can also "cut off" the stand from the glass using a fishing line.

Do you have the same problem as me? (with battery) I was in the living room this morning where I bought a question about the complaint process, they directed me to the Nawi website to advertise directly with the producer.

    Added after 27 [minutes]:

You do not need to peel off! It will be able to disassemble the battery without peeling off the glass!

No. I just attached the camera too close to the rear view mirror, so I could not slide it out of the stand. Now it's ok

So everything works well for you? How long does the battery last?

Yes. Works correctly. How long does the battery last? It's hard to say because I did not check it but I think it will work for a few minutes. Aku with a capacity of 200mAh is not a battery to work just like UPS to properly shut down the system. But in the case of a webcam you can use the power bank.

And you do not erase the time, date, etc. settings? After switching off the engine (power supply)

No. Nothing is deleted. Tomorrow I will change the hour / durnowaty / summer time. I will see what the effects will be.

Plug the USB cable from the side to the camera. Eyes
Insert the other end of the cable into the PC or laptop. Some information should appear on the webcam's screen. The first one highlighted in another color is "mass memory". Approve it with the ok key and already. You read in a computer like a flash card. However, at the beginning, replace the USB cable with a different one. I had a lot of cases, that the cable / efficient / in one device was working and in the other it was not.

    Hello,
I have an identical problem. The manufacturer claims that you should take the camera from the car with the holder (!), Because there is a battery there. But .... a friend bought the same camera in May 2017 and there is no problem with it. I contacted the producer again and said that they improved something and now he supports me, but I have an old version (from December 2016) and I am not entitled to an exchange. I advertise with the warranty at the seller, let him "buja" with the producer. According to me, two identical cameras can not work differently, and the producer tries to shirk.

Please note the important thing. If the memory card is full if you do not set the clock and after removing the camera will return to the initial settings (at me 1.1.2016), the next videos will be erased immediately because they have (!) The oldest date. I realized just when it turned out that I did not have an evidence film, and all the films I had from a few months ago.

I recommend stubbornly advertising at the manufacturer or seller, because not all copies have it.

    Greetings.

I bought the camera in March this year. For now I am using a 16 GB card. When transferring recordings to a laptop, I use either a USB cable from the Canon camera without taking the camera out of the glass. Ie. I do it in the car or I pull the camera out of the holder with the battery and transfer the recordings to the PC at home. The camera so far has not caused me any surprise. I have not tried to block the shot yet. The card is always recorded and erases the older recordings. Unfortunately, 16 GB of the card is enough for about 50 km drive, therefore driving further than 50 km in one direction I have only the registration of return on the card.

Hello. Today I just returned to the store, bought a few days early R600kę. It could not be turned on any more than the screen with the Navitel logo. Until then, I'm not discouraged and I'm waiting for the second one, the same :)

I also had a problem with resetting settings, but I just gave up this webcam after unsuccessful attempts to file a complaint with Navitel.
