Hello, I bought the HC700G wildlife camera to send me mms, but I can't use this feature. I tried on cards from the Orange and Plush networks. Does anyone have a similar problem or found a solution? I will add that noe I have the option to choose the network, only Orange with Plush I have to enter myself. Please help and thank you.

I have this model too. I wondered for a long time why it does not send mms. I put the play tab in it, the default settings in the program. I saved the file to the card. Natepnie ran it on a test. At the top, next to the signal level, you should see the name of the operator who is catching the signal from the transmitter. The most important thing is power. If you put ordinary sticks in there, forget about mms. Rechargeable batteries, eleloop or a bit weaker Recyco + are dedicated to camera traps. Enter in Google and you will find them.

For tests, I put in the usual alkaline sticks from Play and it sent MMS without a problem.
I do not know how much it can withstand them, but the "sticks" are fine for testing.

Topic summary

The HC700G wildlife camera is experiencing issues with sending MMS on Orange and Plush networks. Users have reported that certain SIM functions may only work with specific prepaid cards. Recommendations include using rechargeable batteries like Eleloop or Recyco+, as standard alkaline batteries may not provide sufficient power for MMS functionality. Some users have successfully tested the camera with alkaline batteries, but results may vary. Configuration issues, such as ensuring the correct SIM card type and network settings, are also highlighted as potential problems. Users are encouraged to check signal strength and battery status to troubleshoot MMS sending failures.
