Good morning In connection with the replacement of the old furnace 2f (107m2 one-storey house), it treats Termet condensing stoves. Can someone advise which one to choose and what are the differences between these three series of furnaces?
Hello, I'm not a signer, but I'll tell you that you can call a Termnet representative in your area and just ask him about it. Do not ask him if Termet is a good choice, because he will say yes, but if you have already made a decision about the brand, you can ask for different details. http://www.termet.com.pl/przedstawiciele-handlowi/62
Good morning The difference between these three boilers is mainly related to the used water main exchanger and the control system. In Gold Plus and Crystal boilers - the exchanger of the French company Sermeta, in the boiler Silver - new, exchanger of the Italian company Condevo. When it comes to control - Gold- driver of the Polish company Tester, Crystal - control of Honeywell, Silver - Nortgas driver. Probably not much of everything helped you in the decision, so I propose from these three boilers to consider 2 boilers - Gold plus and Crystal, but now only Crystal has the function of Open-Therm, which may affect the savings in gas consumption, but requires a little taking the time to set several parameters in the controller (unfortunately more complicated to use than ordinary room regulators). My suggestion is a Gold plus boiler, which primarily controls a dozen different service parameters related to the ability to match the boiler to a given installation (setting minimum and maximum pump speed, burner power rise rate in the initial heating phase, which affects the economics and stability of the installation , the possibility of setting the hysteresis of temperatures in the system as the parallel offsets of heating curves for the weather, independent adjustment of the difference between the supply and return from the installation - the ECO function (this is not in Crystal) and several other parameters. When it comes to power, I suggest to take Gold 25 kW into account (the capacity on the hot water side is slightly higher in it because it is almost 28 kW), so the comfort of hot water should be satisfactory for you.
If you have questions please contact me. greetings

ladies and gentlemen I would like to replace the gas condensing boiler in my home and consider the 2-point condensing boiler with the power of 25kW ecocondens by TERMET. A brief description of the building: - free-standing ground floor, - 107m2 of usable area, room with a height of 2.6 m - 15 cm insulated with a layer of styrofoam on the walls and floor - 15 cm wool on the attic / attic floor not usable (good insulated and equipped with windows with good insulation) - city gas (so-called "from the pipe") - the boiler will be installed in the bathroom
In addition to maintaining the central heating system, the furnace would also provide water for hot water (I anticipate that simultaneous collection from 2 points: 2 taps in bathroom sinks or tap and shower).
Due to the lack of space, I do not consider an additional tank or boiler with a storage tank.
Due to the fact that you offer 3 series of boilers: silver, gold and crystal, please describe their differences in detail and suggest that it would be the most suitable for me and is characterized by the lowest failure rate. I would like to add that I contacted the authorized installers of your boilers, but they were not able to exchange differences except for visual matters. Additionally, please let me know if in my case installing an additional external temperature sensor and an extended driver (eg open therm or similar) will translate into measurable savings with my small cubature orit is enough that I will control the operation of the furnace by means of the CO temperature at the outlet and return from the furnace and the controller that switches off the heating after reaching the desired temperature in the room where the measuring sensor is installed (one of your installers suggested this solution).
Please, give me a substantive answer without unnecessary marketing, which will allow me to make a clear choice of a therapeutical boiler. Sincerely

Good morning
The EcoCondens Silver boiler has an electronic pump (PWM), which modulates from 0 to 100%, and also always adapts to a given demand. When it comes to volume, thanks to the additional sound-absorbing insulation, it is only 48 dB. It is one of the lowest values, not the lowest on the market.
