    Hello!
    I have a tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 P5210.
The problem with it is that it doesn't charge the battery when connected to a charger.

It started when the tablet turned off. It could not be started, only download mode started. When connected to a computer, "USB device not recognized" appeared. After some time it stopped turning on and download mode.

Due to the lack of a suitable charger, I bought a new battery. After connecting, everything works okay, but unfortunately it still doesn't load and the computer does NOT detect it at all.
What surprises me - after peeling off the tape with which the tapes are attached, a piece of what presses the socket has broken off.
Illustrating this is exactly about such a fragment as what is marked in the picture:

When turning, I corrected it and stuck it with tape. But maybe this is the reason for the fault?

Hello, start by checking the socket itself, there is the most common reason for not charging and not detecting by the PC

Could you tell me how to do this?
So despite the fact that the tape has pins from above (i.e. where the hook is broken), this may not be the reason?

Visually check the charging socket, if it is accidentally pulled out of the plate, measure the voltage on the socket after connecting the charger, then for starters - take a picture of the plate with the socket

As you can see the whole USB port is greenish - tarnished. I tried to clean it - but no changes.
The socket at the disc is ok - apart from what I wrote in the first post - a piece of what presses the pins from the tape is torn off.
You can see in the pictures this piece in the middle of the tape.

When I get home I will measure the tension.

There is nothing to measure here, you need to thoroughly clean the socket, because without it there will be nothing!

Thank you very much for your help!
Cleaning the socket did nothing. Although it looked like new, everything was beautiful, it did not work.

I bought new, replaced and works without a problem.
