    Hello!
I am looking for an ASUS K52J laptop drive.
I currently have a Seagate Momentus 5400.6 ST9320325AS drive, but the drive has started to experience some problems, less by most, the drive is just old and anyway I plan to replace the drive with one with better performance, the drive requirements are from 120 to 200 and as for capacity is not less than 250GB, I have read various threads about which disk to choose but opinions are divided and I do not know what to choose myself, so I would ask for specific help in choosing a better disk than the current one.
ps. I also understand that maybe for this price I have nothing to expect, but I am asking for some suggestions

Years and years, its technical condition counts, and this can only be assessed after analyzing its SMART.

Then you should be interested in SSDs, but the price will be a little higher.
If this disk of yours is not damaged, then replacing it with another (HDD) "new" will have almost no effect.

Well, as I have already written, there are some problems with the disc, I did not want to delve into it in short, the disc was dropped on the ground and it stutters since then, and after 2 I am going to replace it with something with a higher rotational speed, but what is specifically worth recommending I am interested in specific proposals, such as from michals22.
And not something with smaller capacity better and better performance?

a friend recommended something like this "

7,200 rpm and 5,400 rpm is a difference you'll notice with the naked eye. As new, I would take this disc, it is from the black series.

It must be beyond the earthly "eye"
