Hello. If I did not find a good department, I am sorry, I am looking for pros and cons, such a crimping scheme. Recently I met an installer who connects the cables to sockets and plugs in a different order. The standard connection is as in the picture (not including the patch). He pins:
    orange, and white-orange.
    green, white-green,
    blue, white-blue,
    brown, white and brown.
How is this with it? Thank you for your answer.

    Welcome.
The diagram from the picture is correct, there is another variant of this connection, where the green pair is exchanged with the orange one.

The connection method used by the installer you have described is incorrect. Electrically it's OK, because using this scheme on both sides, the connection will be working according to the multimeter. However, such a connection has a chance to set up to max 10Mbps, maybe with problems over a very short distance "a hundred will go". In a 100 megabyte network, two pairs (Tx and Rx) are used, of which one pair is on pins 1, 2, and the other pair is on pins 3, 6. With the gigabyte, two further pairs on pins 4, 5 and 7 are additionally used , 8. When doing the wrong scheme you described, one of the directions is correctly connected to the whole pair (1, 2), the other one is not (3, 6) - because this direction will be according to the description on half green and half blue pair. These signals are twisted pair for a reason. In case of a wrong connection, it will work badly and the installer should know about it, or should change work.

Possibly :) If you want this installation to be really suitable for something, then you better insist on your version from the picture ;)
