Hello, I have a program for car diagnostics.
The day before yesterday, I installed it and connected to the SEAT IBIZA I petrol car. During OBD, i.e. when it says that I should turn on the ignition, select the measurement, etc., an error pops up: NO VCI DETECTION, what is the error, what should I do to make it disappear. I was downloading something like VCI, I remind you that I have a Delphi Cars 2014 r2 program and unless I'm mistaken 150e or ds150e. Thank you in advance for your help.

In my opinion, wrong number given during installation or the software version is not for this head.
What number are you giving and what program you have installed, show its icon.
Is the hardware correctly visible in the device manager?

Ogl i have win xp. The program icon is white and its name is Main. In the device manager there is nothing like VCI, I think it should be because I checked on youtube.
