    Hi,

Some time ago I bought a Samsung KS 7000 (49 inch) TV model, I did not watch TV for a long time - I used the smart function.

I wanted to use the charms of my expensive TV and I ordered a subscription with a CAM module (without a decoder) in digital poland.

CAM module came, antenna is connected properly,
(I checked my parents via HDMI on the set-top box also from digital polsat and it works fine)
while with the module that I received, I did not move ...

Should this module ONLY be inserted directly into the TV (as pictured below) or should I do something else? Are there any extra adapters whatever?

Please take a look at the photos below and give advice:

The KS 7000 has One Connect so the antenna is connected to it.
I connected it to the "sattelite" connector so it's probably ok.

After pressing scan, channels are searched, but after it is finished, nothing works.

On Polsat's helpline they say that the signal is being sent correctly>

As I mentioned, with the usual set-top box on the same TV antenna, it works fine.

Did you put the card on the turned off TV?
Are you sure the module is compatible with your tv model?
There are no module options in the tv settings (antenna / installation)?

    First on, then off.

From what he writes on the website of Cyfrowy Polsat, it is Yes.
    I have a 49-inch model KS7000 (last year's Samsung flagship).

I haven't noticed any options strictly regarding the module.

    Can anyone advise something?

The converter has the correct parameters set in tv?

Reset tv and start over and see if there is newer firmware for that tv on the tv manufacturer's website.

Check if the module is sitting well because the TV cannot see it.

And whether it is inserted in the TV according to the instructions in the right direction (sticker on the module) - by force inserting the module, you can damage the contacts in the PCMCIA port.
Some tv have their own "adapter" for the CI module - the module into an adapter and only then into the CI + socket on the tv.
