    Hello.
    I have a problem with water meters, and I noticed that sometimes the smallest shield revolves. One way and one way back.
    I was in the administration but found that checking the water meter is 500 PLN if it turns out to be working.
    Should I get a document confirming the legalization of the device during the exchange by the administrator?

    I have been looking at installations today and I do not see water running away somewhere. All the more as it dripped it would be heard.
    After exchanging the water meter, the consumption of water suddenly came. As in the summer season when the garden needs to be watered, the maximum consumption was 12m but there were hot weather.
    On the old consumption for two people was close to 9 or 10m.
    After replacing with a new one for the first two months, it drove 11m and now as much as 17m. Where was the winter period so the water in the yard was not used.

    I wanted to report it to pgk but there are only wise heads and immediately scare 500 PLN. As I asked for confirmation of the meter's approval, you said that I would give the seal at home on the screws.

    Use a 5 or 10 liter bucket to pre-check the meter.
    Of course, it can be a weight that will indicate 5 or 10 kg, respectively.
