    Hello,

I have 307SW 2.0HDI 2003 with climatronic. The airflow stopped working, as I have an additional 206 2.0HDi with this type of climate control, I changed it:
    - blower
    - Klimatronica control panel
    - Interior temperature sensor with a motor
    - BSM under the bonnet (I have 206 full versions of BSM B5 here I will also be ahead of your questions. Additionally in 206 on BSM with 307 everything works except Lamp washers)

I have only BSI left but I will not postpone it. There are relays in it, I have BSI. I just need to know which relay is responsible for the Blower and the Motor of the interior temp. (or how to bypass it, e.g. giving 12v on the key and not after starting the engine, this blower works at speeds)

PP2000 still gives me an error Cabin temperature probe rotor blocked. And when the ignition is switched on, the dot on the Klimatronica panel flashes (from half * C) informing about a problem

The blower power relay sits behind the BSI block, at least this is the case in Berlingo / Partner, I think in 307 too.

    Where behind the BSI block?

At the back, accessible after retracting BSI, the relay is powered by BSM. The standard fault is the burnt relay base.

I don't have anything for BSI. It is completely empty, after unplugging BSI I have only cables and nothing more, no other fuses, relays nothing. the only thing is 3 Relays near BSM under the hood responsible for the electric heater

I have already repaired, dismantled the entire installation from the French side and found a cable that broke

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Peugeot 307SW 2.0HDI (2003) experiencing a failure in the climatronic system, specifically the blower and interior temperature sensor. The user has replaced several components, including the blower, Klimatronica control panel, and BSM, but the issue persists. Responses indicate that the blower power relay is located behind the BSI block, which may be burnt out. The user notes that their BSI is empty, with only cables present, and mentions the presence of three relays near the BSM responsible for the electric heater. A suggestion is made to check the blower control module or resistor. Ultimately, the user resolved the issue by identifying a broken cable in the installation.
