    Hello
If this is the wrong section, I ask the moderator to move the thread.

Light regulation stopped working some time ago. You can hear that both motors work without any effect. I have never seen how such a lamp is built and whether it can be repaired without dismantling the lamp.

I am adding a photo of what type of lamp it is.

I'm afraid that it will not be possible without replacing the lamp

Suddenly both lamps would go off? Maybe write where the engine is, I'll see for myself. New lamps cost 4 hundred dollars. It is not so little for a car from a dozen or so years old.

As you can hear that cyanobacteria are walking, you need to dismantle the lamps if it is possible and see what is damaged inside the lamps straight

@citromaniak yes, it is possible but it requires unscrewing the bumper. A lot of work, but is it necessary?

A colleague, for example, in the Golf, at the back of the lamp, the "container" with the motor is rotated by a certain angle and it is removed from the lamp. The procedure is similar with bulbs, e.g. in rear lamps.
If you have access to the rear of the lamp in the car, then in my opinion the "plug" on the right (photo 2) placed parallel to the lamp glass will contain a motor for adjusting the headlight setting. Try to rotate this element a certain angle to the left or to the right and remove it from the lamp.
The remaining plugs provide access to individual bulbs.

In P2fl, you won't do anything without disassembly, nor with disassembly. Broken adjustment in the middle or broken motors. 90% of the lamps need to be replaced. Either way bumper and lamps out.

I'll take a closer look at it and let you know about the results.

I took a closer look at the headlight adjustment. To do this sensibly, I removed the left headlight. This requires half of the fender to be unscrewed. One of the screws is on the top and access to it is from the bottom, and if someone has no other way (like me) to unscrew in the yard, you need to remove the light plug (I don't know what, maybe fog lights), lie down and unscrew.

The motors themselves are functional, as is the whole suspension. I also adjusted the motor in the second lamp.

When there is an opportunity in the dark, I will check it :D

It is probably important that the transparency of the lamps is not the best (they require polishing).

Lamps polished long ago and everything shines nicely and regulation works.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a light adjustment failure in the PUNTO II FL, where the user reports that the motors are operational but the light regulation is ineffective. Responses suggest that disassembly of the lamp is necessary to diagnose the issue, with some indicating that the adjustment mechanism may be broken or that the entire lamp may need replacement. Various users share insights on the disassembly process, noting that it involves removing the bumper and accessing the rear of the lamp. One user successfully removed the left headlight for inspection, confirming that the motors were functional but highlighting the need for lamp polishing to improve transparency. Ultimately, the consensus is that significant work is required to address the light adjustment issue.
