Hello to all forum members.
I would like to ask you about a certain point. Well, recently (3-4 months ago) I got a phone - Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017). For the first 1-2 months he walked very well and without complaints, but for some time I have had the following problems:
-Phone loses coverage / network. Sometimes I just can't make a call, or in the middle of a call the coverage disappears and the call is interrupted. As it turns out, after restarting the phone, the problem stops for a while, but after a few minutes it repeats again.
-Same with GPS and LTE ^
-The phone will reset itself 3-4 times a day on its own.
-Some applications do not want to turn on for a certain period of the day, I get no response, but suddenly the problem stops after some time.
Do you think it's the fault of the device or the software? Overall, the phone doesn't stutter or anything like that, but the issues above are bothersome enough that I have to do something about it.
Ps. I checked the software and it is up to date.
