    Good morning!

I have a computer on which Windows 10 is fairly fresh. The network has stopped working day by day. In the 'network center ..' message appears 'Dependency or group policy failed to start'.

Some services are actually disabled, they cannot be restarted. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reinstall the system.
Can I paste some logo, maybe some of you will be able to help me?

    It's exactly the same

All network adapters do not work - lan, wifi. The worst thing is that I can't restore the system.
Do you have any other ideas?

1 - Create a new account in the system and check from its level.
2 - Run the command (CMD console, believe the commands):
    dism / online / cleanup-image / restorehealth

    sfc / scannow

    Test after rebooting.

Topic summary

The user reports a network failure on a fresh installation of Windows 10, with the error message "Dependency or group policy failed to start." Despite having several system restore points, attempts to restore the system have failed. The user notes that all network adapters (LAN and Wi-Fi) are non-functional and seeks further assistance. Responses suggest checking the system in safe mode with networking, creating a new user account, and running system repair commands via the command prompt: "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and "sfc /scannow."
