    Hello,

I have a problem with blowing in Ibiza 6L with climatronic. Shows error 4F9 after clearing the error for some time is calm, however, the fan is constantly working at a constant speed does not respond to the potentiometer. The VCDS shows the voltage changes depending on the position of the potentiometer, however, the output always gives a rigid 12V so on mine for replacement ?? There is a resistor No. 6Q1907521A

Jarosz, this is not a "resistor", it is an electronic supply controller (blower).
If you have a little idea about electronics, there is an executive transistor and an operational amplifier inside. Often, the executive transistor, large, mounted on the heat sink (such as something with ribs) is damaged, it is probably necessary to replace.

After replacing the resistor / regulator the fault has been repaired :)
