    Hello
I would like to connect the led to a giraffe-type grinder. I don't have any knowledge about it, but I connected the cable behind the speed controller. Now at the output at low speed I have only 10 -7v. From what I know, it takes 12v for a transformer to make LEDs shine. strong light (I think).
Please help what to use and where to connect so that the LEDs shine.
    Thanks in advance

You think that such LED lighting is enough to illuminate, for example, walls when applying finishing coats.
Have you seen it with anyone yet? Is this your idea?

I saw a movie on the tube thinking I was doing a job. But I also use 3 LED leflectors for lighting during grinding.

I think I misunderstood you, I thought you wanted to attach these leds to the giraffe's "head" and you only want to get power from it. I think right now?
But why such complications, since you have access to normal mains power anyway.
The right power supply and the right number of these headlights.

I want to mount it on the head.
The led light on the head close to the wall will spill out any unevenness

Walking with a leflector and a giraffe plus a vacuum cleaner is not comfortable

If you say so, you probably are right, although in my humble opinion, strong side lighting gives the right results.
We return to the topic of the topic.

The power supply for these leds must be from a permanent source. I suggest a typical LED power supply of appropriate power for the LEDs used. Power supply next to the vacuum cleaner and cable for LEDs along the giraffe extension arm.

This is a good but troublesome solution with a cable on top.
I connected the cable to the head at the engine but I have a small voltage transfornators I intend to mount on the head of the spectators this solution in the video
My problem is a small tension 7-10 before the hit

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting LED lights to a giraffe-type grinder, focusing on voltage requirements and wiring solutions. The original poster has connected a cable behind the speed controller but is only receiving 7-10 volts at low speed, which is insufficient for standard 12V LED operation. Suggestions include using a dedicated LED power supply for consistent voltage, as well as the possibility of mounting the LEDs on the grinder's head for better illumination during grinding tasks. Concerns about cable management and voltage drop are also addressed, with recommendations for a more permanent power source rather than relying on the grinder's output.
