No Das Erste program on the decoder from Cyfrowy Polsat HD 5500Ss

Hello.

I will describe the problem as best I can, but I am green in this matter.
I am at friends in Germany. They have a satellite dish with 2 receivers (I don't know what it is called professionally) and receive programs from Astra and Hot Bird.
Four antenna cables up to four decoders come out of the antenna.
1 decoder is from Cyfrowy Polsat, the rest are some ordinary German decoders.
The problem is as follows:
On digital Polsat, in place of the Das Erste channel, a message is displayed that the program has been moved from Hot Bird to Astra. Searching on Astra manually and automatically with the settings for China, I do not find this program, but on the usual German decoder this program is.
I checked the parameters and like everything is the same that on this German decoder it writes that the satellite is Astra 1F / 1G / 1H and on Cyfrowy Polsat it writes that the satellite is Astra 1H / 1KR / 1L / 1M. The Astra 1F / 1G / 1H satellite cannot be selected.

From the antenna? Rather, from the converters that you call the receivers.
And there is nothing between converters and decoders?
Show exactly what is the connection pattern from converters to decoders.
If the decoder receives only one cable from the converter and there is nothing between it, the decoder receives only one satellite.

Das Erste 11494H Astra 19 °. On Hotbird they no longer broadcast.
Search transponder and if you don't have it, add and search.

Can I add a transporder on this decoder?
I searched all possible frequencies by hand and I can't find Das Erste on this decoder from Cyfrowy Polsat.

What I mentioned above is MPEG-4 and this 11836 is still SD. If this is not the case, add a transponder and search.
The above mentioned does not matter.
Turn on DiSEqC in the polsat decoder, set the ports to receive Astra.

Polsat decoder receives Astre as seen in the attached first photo. DiseqC is set, and Das Erste is not there.

The program will not jump by itself.
Set the parameters of the channel you are looking for, if there is no transponder then add it (create), give a photo with this action.

Receives all other German programs that are probably broadcast on Astra? Except for Das Erste.

Parameters of Das ERSTE on the Astra:
11 494 H / Transmission speed SR 22000 (HD version)
11,837 H / Baud rate SR 27500 (SD version)
Method of manual programming ZDF and ERSTE (in this case Hot Bird). Das ERSTE on HB is no longer suitable
