    Good morning,
He writes here because I didn't find help in Cyfrowy Polsat.
We have two set-top boxes from digital Polsat at home. They are connected to one antenna via a twin convector.
There was a problem on one decoder a few days ago. Some channels have no signal at all, previously it was very good.
The decoder from my room works on both connectors, the range is very good. However, the second decoder has no signal on any connector.
After calls to Polsat we replaced the decoder with a new one, but it did not help. They want us to replace the decoder again.
Does anyone know what the problem may be? Decoder or antenna?

If on one decoder there is a signal on both sockets and on the other it is not obviously the decoder. And what about the settings in the menu? Maybe a mouth reset. Factory?

Exchange it. If the second one works from the same socket, it is obviously the decoder's fault although it is possible that the card is damaged. Just why no signal but ...? Mentioned does not mean functional.

I tried, it changed nothing. In addition, we have the current decoder for 3 days. Tomorrow they are still going to replace us with a new one.

It is strange that sometimes these programs will come up for a few hours - But not all.
Filmbox channels still have no synglau.

When exchanging, let them immediately check at the customer service point if everything is OK.

And what does the card have for the lack of LNB signal.

Like nothing but when I had an inactive card, on some channels there was a message about the lack of permissions and on some about the lack of a signal.

Was the decoder replaced with the power supply? Because some people only take a decoder and then there is a surprise that the new one does not work either.

Like an inactive card, it's a garbage decoder. And the messages can be that even water is lacking figuratively.

Damaged it can be similar to inactive and the messages can be different as you wrote. The decoder is garbage without an active and functional card. I fully agree with you. Thank you for confirming my assumptions although they do not have to be true.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a signal issue with one of two Cyfrowy Polsat HD5000 decoders connected to a single antenna via a twin convector. The user reports that while one decoder functions well, the second decoder has no signal on any connector, despite replacing it with a new unit. Responses suggest checking the settings, cables, and connectors, as well as the possibility of a damaged card affecting signal reception. Some users recommend verifying the functionality of the new decoder at the service point before leaving. The intermittent signal on certain channels raises concerns about the decoder's reliability and potential issues with the antenna or cabling.
