Reset the decoder to its factory (default) settings. How big is the antenna? What is your MER, e.g. on TVN HD (press and hold the red button for a while - next to the green one)

is it green at all? This is on the verge of pickup. You have quality problem. Check the signal on individual transponders, not one, you don't know which one. (Manual tuning) Before 6 behind 9 ?

The decoder needs to be replaced. Your antenna is positioned correctly.

Hello
