I know that Makita HR2470 (2.7J) has slightly worse parameters than HITACHI DH26PC (3.2 J) but will it be felt?
In general, which one would you choose and why, and maybe something else?

Taking into account my experience, I focus clearly on the mock-up. It's like VW and Ford.

I also confirm that Makita is quality in itself and not any china but a good product by supporting everyday life and completed work.
In addition, as far as I know, I don't know if the drills themselves are assembled, but the drills for the Polish market are also manufactured by us according to Japanese technology.

And what about 2.7J vs 3.2J will it be clearly felt with Makita weaker?

It is so felt. DH26PC is available in cheaper China, more expensive Japan - the same numbers and only the inscription on the body of another (given country of origin), but the class is completely different. Both are sensitive to building dust. Makita is a bit weaker, but less sensitive to dust and more durable. I have both models, they perform quite well on construction sites. I will add that any Makita service is much cheaper.

Makita has its production in China (and who does not have it now), and when it comes to Makita drills, they are shabby (quality incomparable with power tools - much worse than power tools).
When it comes to choice, think about GBH 2400 BOSCH or GBH 2-26DFR.
