    Hello
I need a hammer drill for household purposes, sometimes for mounting electrical installations.
Because I do not have a "hammer" a stronger stroke is welcome.
    Makita vs Bosh
    price 600 vs 530 PLN
    stroke 2, 7 (sometimes they write 2.4) vs 2.7 J

In castorama there will be a promotion for makite with a set of drills, however, there are opinions about market ones that they sit down faster.
I wonder if makita refreshed the model a bit weaker for market purposes and did not go down with quality? Officially, HR2470 is no longer produced and is available almost everywhere, in large quantities in supermarkets.

As a curiosity I will write that I recently bought Graphite PRO 59GP501. Unfortunately, due to the beating, I am forced to send back the goods.
Interestingly, even in the promotional video on Youtube you can see the beating of the drill of this model. So if anyone thinks about it, I advise you to buy in a stationary store and check on the spot.

Make GBH 2-26 DFR. Included in the set is a suitcase and removable SDS fur and ordinary cylindrical one. The machine works at home. It is quite precise to drill in brick and light plaster. He does demolition work at higher speed.

In addition, we have 8 pieces in the company. They work so that as you download from the warehouse in the morning they are still warm. In such conditions, they last for 8-12 months.

In GBH 2-24 DF and DFR you have the same and also in GBH 2-28F and if 2-26 is more expensive from 2-24 by about PLN 50, 2-28 more expensive is already about PLN 300.
I worked all three, and because I work best 2-24, I also bought one for domestic purposes. In addition, at work 2-24 she did not die even once, and she is already old, in one 2-26 the rotor or stator was replaced, and the other went to scrap and replaced her by 2-28, which not only bulky looks like Chinese and I don't foretell her long life.
I would add that all models worked under the same conditions and were (are) equally loaded.

And yet - none of them are suitable for demolition work, SDS-Max and even GSH 5 are required, and the efficiency and culture of work are completely different, that I will not mention the tool's durability.
