Opel Astra G 1.6 16V 1998: Starter Replacement & Battery Recharge Issues - Ground Connection

Hello. I have a problem. I have Opel Astre G 1.6 16V 1998. The starter stopped and I replaced it with a new one. Everything worked but suddenly stopped spinning today. I turned the ignition switch, the run light, etc. I turned on the ignition switch, everything went out, I fired up, he fired right away.
I got home and decided to recharge the battery. Charged I twisted and again nothing but now the controls did not go out and so far.
I have cleaned the battery terminals and checked the ground which can still be the cause ?? I am asking for urgent help !!! Regards Brayananos.

If it comes and check it correctly then look for a problem in the starter or the lack of its power supply.
