    Hello all.
I have the following problem. If I use LTE (4G) then I have 3 range bars and after about 10-15 minutes the lack of internet access pops up. However, when I use 3G, I have 5 strips of coverage and normally the internet is blinking without disconnecting. Did anyone have a problem with it and deal with it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Call Play and find out why you break the connection. They check in the logs and they will know what and how. Alternatively, they will check if the LTE coverage in your area is good. If you have this option, you can also check on another device whether you will also break the connection or you can always buy an external antenna for this modem to amplify the signal.

Range bars mean nothing. What is the location from which LTe band in Play you use, how far to BTS. E5573 works with LTEWatchH http://www.lte-anbieter.info/ltewatch/count_huawei.php?Datei=ltewatch_h and Toolbox v.0.9 https://www.dropbox.com/s/x3f5jxw89rjk0i9/E5186%20Toolbox_latest.zip ? dl = 0. The programs allow you to force individual LTe bands on it and show BTS data and signal parameters. and these are the right tools for signal diagnostics. Of course, do not waste time and money and do not call Play, it will not help you at all. You can also do LTE Play tests on your LTE phone with the Network Cell Info application and show screenshots. The following steps depend on the E5573 tests with these programs or on the phone.

In Play, there is sometimes a problem with hanging (freezing) an Internet connection to LTE. The router shows the connection to the BTS and the internet does not work. It helps to restart the router. Similarly, it was once in Orange pre-paid.

This is a problem on the part of the operator, if the parameters of the LTE signal are sufficient, you will not do anything about it. Sam sometimes in Lodz also have. Restart the router restarts the internet connection.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connectivity issues experienced with the Huawei E5573 LTE Play modem, specifically regarding the stability of 4G (LTE) versus 3G connections. Users report that while the LTE connection shows three range bars, it frequently loses internet access after a short period, whereas the 3G connection maintains a stable connection with five bars. Suggestions include contacting the service provider (Play) for diagnostics, using signal diagnostic tools like LTEWatchH and Network Cell Info, and considering an external antenna to improve signal strength. Some users note that restarting the router can temporarily resolve the issue, which appears to be linked to the operator's network rather than the device itself.
