RNS 315 Radio: Connecting Rear View Camera via Affordable RGB Adapter - Connection Guide

I have a question if something like this will come out with a camera adapter?


How to connect it possibly?
I mean connecting the camera to the radio "RNS 315" via such a converter that will come out much cheaper than the original?

What are these pins in? It's neither VGA nor SCART.
The diagram shown in the first picture shows the connection of a TV with SCART input to the VGA output of a PC ...
